I've not stayed there. But from everything I've heard it's not worth it at even the low rate. My favorite blogger had a post about it. He's a pretty versatile non picky person and he strongly advised against it.

I don't think the cheap price point could convince me to stay there.

I haven't stayed there but it has a pretty bad reputation, it is rated #98 out of 114 hotels in Anaheim on TripAdvisor (not the end all be all, but still that is pretty bad) and part of it once fell on some poor woman a little over a year ago. http://www.ocregister.com/articles/woman-645480-anaheim-injured.html

There are other hotels, like the Super 8, which are similar in price but are a lot less risky as far as quality is concerned.
