Alamo frequent traveler program

If I rent through Alamo and sign up with Quick Silver, will I still have to go to the counter if I use a coupon? I know with National that I don't have to, but I'm getting tired of waiting for a good rate at National for mid-August and am considering going with Alamo.

Hi Cameo,

Not sure if you saw the thread about a National having a E coupon. I just booked a intermediate with National for Aug 30th -Sept 5th for $124.25. If you use the mousesavers code with the coupon code. Just a FYI, hopefully it helps you out.

From what I have been reading, you would use the QS booth in the garage, not go to the counter. I hope that's right, because that's what I plan to do on 8/25!

I rented on 5/26 with Alamo and used a coupon and QS. Basically there was a girl who said to go straight to the car and then leave. I just handed everything to the person in the booth, who typed everything in (very slowly, but I think she was new) and I was on my way. Quite easy and painless!
