Alamo - Emerald Aisle?

Does Alamo have anything similar to National's Emerald Aisle where you can choose from cars available and possibly get an upgrade from what you booked?

You can choose your car at Alamo in Orlando but I don't think there is an upgrade row. You can also do online check-in to skip the counter. They do have a program called Quick*Silver, not sure how that works.
