Alamo - DTD or W. Katella location from BW Stovalls?

We are staying at Best Western Stovalls and plan to rent a car for a couple of days. Last year we did a drop off at Alamo's DTD location and while initially finding the drop-off lot was confusing, we now know where to go. However, I see there is a lot on W. Katella that is only an 8 minute walk. Is this a better location?

We always use the Alamo on W katella and we walk down from Hojo to pick up our car.

Never had any issues with them

I'll be doing a pick up and drop off the same day at the DTD location next Sunday the 28. Any tips?

I'm staying at the Holiday Inn on Walnut, near the Disney parking garage, so I just plan to walk to DTD and the Parks for most of my trip.

Just renting a car for the day to drive myself to Universal (solo) for one day of my trip. Car is already rented and I've already checked in online. Plan to be at the Alamo when they open (8am). Hoping to get the car and get out of town ASAP to hopefully get to Universal as close to park open as I can (9am) I anticipate I realistically won't be there promptly at 9, but I'm shooting for as soon as possible.

Thanks! I seem to recall others saying that cars can be hard to find when you pick up from the DTD location, so I think we might do the Katella one. We won't need it at opening so hopefully won't be too busy

Yes I am doing after hours drop off. Because it does seem easy enough, haha. I'd have to come back from Universal far too early if I tried to get it back during Alamo's business hours.

In all likelihood, if I find a minute in the days of my trip beforehand, I'll probably stop into the Alamo on Thursday or Friday and ask a few questions if I can. Not like I won't be in the area.
