Can I get the 600 Southwest reward points even though I rented through Costco and am going direct to the car?
It says I must present my Southwest Rewards at the time of rental. But I am not going to the rental counter.
It does say for past rentals, I can mail my rental agreement to get my points. But I would rather not rely on mail arriving at the correct desk.
