Alamo car rental

I understand they are the new official Disney rental car. Are they now on WDW property? Are they located where National used to be? Has anyone used them since this new partnership started?

Alamo shares a counter w/ National in the Dolphin Hotel. My mother used them in Jan to pick up a car (drop off was at MCO). The person whe dealt with was quick, efficient and very nice. The car is driven to the front of the hotel where my mother then picked it up.
