Alamo Car Hire Question ???

Hi Guys,

We are off in the next few days

Just wondered how Alamo work with toll charges , can we pay them on the toll road ourselves or is it somekind of auto system fitted in the cars ???

you can either go through the sunpass toll and then the charge is added to your credit card and also a hire charge.. or you can just go to the manned booths and pay - I personally would forget about using the sunpass as your not going to go on that many toll roads.

I think so, also you can use the unmanned just chuck the cash in, which airport and route are you using?

Picking car up in downtown disney when we arrive, flying back from Tampa dropping car off there.. not sure route yet ...

There are no toll roads from WDW to Tampa airport if you stay on I4/I275.
The only toll road to avoid in the Tampa area is the Selmon Crossharbor Expressway which is cashless and charges to the number plate.
