I picked up a Compact from
Alamo in Providence, RI a couple of weeks ago and I noticed that the lot was FULL of Mazda 5's in the "minivan" aisle. Now, I own a Mazda 5 and I like it, but I don't consider it a minivan. It's more of a cross over which is half station wagon and half micro-minivan. It's a perfectly comfortable car for 4 people with luggage ... much like an SUV. It *can* hold 6 people but then you have zero room for luggage with only about 12-18 inches between the backity-back bench and the rear door. When I saw the minivan aisle I imagined the outrage of DISer's if they rented a minivan because they needed a lot of room and ended up with a Mazda 5

.
FWIW, I don't know if Alamo has Mazda 5's at MCO so I'm not sure if people should worry about it or not.
