Aladdin show

If you're talking about the Aladdin show at the Hyperion in DCA, you cannot make PSs for this. It is a first come first serve basis for getting good seats.

The only exception is packages have preferred seating available.

PSs can only be made for table service restaurants and character meals.

And if you have the preferred seating vouchers... it doesn't hurt to use them! The line will be much shorter to stand in, and you get to go in first and choose your seats!

Well, the shorter line thing wasn't our experience at all with preferred seating. They wanted us to get into line before any sort of line had built up for the general seating, and then they let the general folks in before the preferred seating folks. They weren't competing for the same seats, but the preferred seating group was standing in line much longer, when we used the preferred seating.

Wow! In May, we had about 10 people in front of us in the PS line (at 3:50 for the 4:10 show... and outside the line was super long---if I had to guess, like 200 or more people.... Everyone got worried because it looked like the outside line started letting people in earlier than the PS line... but then they opened our line and we were in the door and seated before the masses came in... when they opened the PS line there were probably 75 people in all--and they split us into 3 lines of people going in... it was a little strange, but since we only had to wait about 10 minutes it was pretty cool... and it was really hot outside too, so we were in the shade where the gen ad people were not...

Last Friday, I went to the 1:50 show and walked right in. After finding my seat, the CM came by and informed us that they had some seats available down closer, so I ended up right by the stage. It was neat to be so close to the stage for some sequences, but the balcony seats allow you to see more of the set too.

I do not think there is a bad seat in that theatre. 3rd level gets a great view of one of the special effects-- 2nd another effect-- and orchastra is just a bit closer. If I had a choice I would set second level. ( We need to use wheelchair seating as husband uses electric wheelchair).

The show is dark Monday and Tuesday. It is a must see show!!!!!!.
