Aladdin show in DCA

it really isn't hard. we lined up about 45 minutes early for the mezzanine level. we pretty much had our pick of the seats up there yesterday. it's our favorite place to watch the show.

Don't sit too far back on the lower level because some effects can be obstructed by the balcony.

For us, the best seats in the house are at the front of the balcony. When the show comes out into the crowd, we didn't have to turn around to see it and you don't have to waste as much time lining up early.

We lined up 30 min before and chose to sit in the first row right behind the aisle way, in the back section. When the parade goes by you get a great view! And like was mentioned before, there really are no bad seats. I actually preferred our seats to actual from row seats. The elephant is AMAZING!

We enjoy the first couple rows as well. We love seeing Genie up close!

Front row seats, Middle seats, Balcony seats, all of the seats offer good viewing. We have watched it from most seating areas and enjoy all of them.:cool1:

We saw the show in row four of the Mezzanine and had no trouble seeing anything. It was a great show. We showed up at the theater about 15 minutes before the 12:45 show I think.

The question is: can you find a bad seat? Just show up 20-30 minutes before the show and you'll get a good seat. Speaking off-season.

I don't like the balcony because you can see the hole in the floor where the genie comes up etc, at least from the top of the balcony. I don't like to see the man behind the curtain.
At least in lower crowds we have usually walked in 20 before and walked all the way past the sound booth to stage right and there are empty seats because people don't slide down. Works for me though. Seat on the aisles are all good for some interaction.

I agree! I've seen the show many times, but I love this location -- front row of the second section. You get a close up of the parade and good views of the whole stage.

Also the auditorium holds tons of people, so don't let the look of the crowd outside fool you. If you're there 30 minutes ahead, you will be able to go right to this spot because most of the people in front of you will go to the front section.

In my opinion, this is one of the best Disney shows ever and it never gets old. Enjoy!
