Aladdin lithographs damaged

I pre ordered 4 Aladdin BD/DVD for myself, a friend, and for gifts from DisneyStore.com. it was about $5-$6 (each) more than Amazon.com but as big Aladdin fans we wanted the lithographs.
Package arrived today and it was damaged, as was all 4 sets of lithographs. Disney doesn't have any more and gave me a (total) $5 credit on the website. I'm so annoyed with them right now! I feel like it is a slap in the face, and I have damaged Gift to give.

Do they still sell video in the brick & mortar Disney Stores? If they do & have the lithos, you could re-buy them and return the others to the on-line store. That's a lot of hassle though. Sorry this happened to you. Selling bundles at list price and then not packing them carefully is negligent.

They sell them in brick & mortar, but the lithograms was a limited number for pre-orders directly from disneystore.com
They ended up issuing another $20 credit, so the end cost is about the same as it would have been from Amazon.com, but my brother (super Aladdin fan) was REALLY bummed that they were damaged. I've pre-ordered before for the lithographs and never had a problem, but of course this is the ONE movie where the lithographs were actually planned to be framed :-(

Well that's a shame. Any chance it can be repaired, or that the damage might be hidden if strategically framed? It's weird to me that Disney wouldn't have a few tucked away for such situations, I'm sure your lithos weren't the only ones damaged among the thousands they must have sent out.

You would think. Direct quote from the email:
"I’m sorry about the mishap with your lithographs. Unfortunately, they were only available while supplies lasted & replacements are currently unavailable."
