Aladdin/Jasmine Palace

Has anybody got one of these?

DH has picked one up today in Toys R Us, it doesn't come with Aladdin or Jasmine dolls/figures. He thinks normal size dolls will fit in it - which DD has already got. Can anyone confirm this or are there specific figures that I need to get?
