Al Jazeera English website is reporting

"In the last few minutes Lebanese television has reported that he is in the safety of the Russian embassy." from aljazeera.net

If that's true we need to bomb the Russian embassy. Sorry but I thought we said NO AIDING AND ABETTING TERRORISTS. Besides, didn't the Russian ambassador leave several days ago?

Maybe if he is there and word gets out on the streets in Bahgdad , we won't have to do a thing. The Iraqi people will.

Oh dear, this could be very troubling indeed. it could be a huge problem for us all.:( At least it shows the cowardice of Sadam, AND exactly where the Russians sit on this one, as if we didn't know already.

Just because SH might be hiding out in a deserted Russian Embassy building does not mean that the Russians are allied with him. As I recall Russia pulled out thier diplomats before the war started.

EltonJohn,

The Russian Foreign Ministry said there's still 12 diplomats left at the Baghdad embassy. I wouldn't say they are his "allies" at this point, but they're a little more than a "neutral 3rd party".

First, to find out if he is there.

Second, to find out if he "took over" the building with he handpicked goons or if the remaining Russian diplomats are aiding and abetting.

Then we decide what to do.

Do you really believe anything from Al Jazeera?

And do you really think we haven't checked that rumor out already?
