AKV Value rooms

I have a question about the value rooms at AKV. This is a map of the 5th fl:

There are 4 sections of odd numbered rooms along the zebra and ostrich trails that have room numbers listed but no color designation. Are there really no rooms there?

Those are AKL rooms not AKV rooms.
