AKV - Value or Standard

I am hoping to book at Animal Kingdom Villas next May. I want to book either a value or standard view studio room...but can't decide which. Is there really a significant difference? I realize that value rooms can have either a parking lot, pool, or savanna view whereas a standard is a pool view. Is the difference just the *chance/likelihood* of a parking lot view?
