AKV Tapestry ???

What's the latest on the AKV tapestry? We sent our form in a couple of months ago and haven't heard anything since. Anyone have any info?

I don't expect to see or hear anything until next summer. I am guessing six months prior to the opening of the new construction. Where is Lisa, she's the AKV resident Expert!

Ha Ha... The last I was told was that we would be contacted by the tapestry team in Oct to verify our information. I thought that maybe I missed them.

AKV founding members got to put their name, or some other inventive expression, on a tapestry to be hung in Kidani Village. Founding members were given a form, with a bunch of mumbo-jumbo (not an African phrase) lawyer stuff. We filled out the form, put it in the mail and wooosh! - it was delivered to Santa Claus.

I didn't buy enough points to be part of the tapestry so I know less about this than those of you who are AKV Founding Members. I sure hope they give you all an update sometime soon. I can't wait to see the tapestry hanging in Kidani Village!

Just received the confirmation letter asking for approval of our listing on the tapestry. It says that we will receive our commemorative work of art celebrating our inclusion in the tapestry in Spring 2008.
