AKV Standard View ?

We're staying at AKV Kidani for the first time this coming week in a standard view. Is it parking lot view, pool, vegetation? Should I request something special?

It can be any - the only request I would make is to be near the lobby so you can come and go quick. You may not get a request this late but it doesn't hurt to try. We had a 4th floor standard view the overlooked the road and tennis courts and we could see the buses going by alot. It was super clean and quiet. Have fun!

It will probably be parking lot or parking lot with the pool just beyond.

If you are in the South wing, a standard view is the parking lot or bus stop plus vegetation.

We had a std view one time near the pool and you could see the portion of Pembe Savannah that abuts the pool area. If I remember correctly, we saw the red river hogs down there almost every morning from our balcony.

We had a standard view 12/4 -12/7 and were given a savanah view. This may be because we were only staying a few nights, I'm not sure. We did not make any requests on our ressie.

I have never made any requests when staying standard at Kidani and have always been near the lobby and had a decent view. There are tons of spots to go watch the animals in the savannah.

We had a standard view 12/4 -12/7 and were given a savanah view. This may be because we were only staying a few nights, I'm not sure. We did not make any requests on our ressie.

Which savanna did your room face? If it was Pembe, it might have been a reclassified room. A few of the Savanna View rooms that face Pembe were reclassified as Standard View. If your room did face Pembe, do you remember your room number? I'm maintaining a list of reclassified rooms. Thanks!

We are in a standard view 1 bedroom now. Our view is between the ME bus stop and the park transportation area. Lots of trees..& happily, no road/bus noise inside the villa. We have not used the balcony, we've watched animals from other places. It's quite a satisfactory location!

We had a room in the exact location you are describing, second floor, but nearer the walkway to the parks bus stop. Have you watched the animals coming back from the parks? That's just as entertaining as the animals on the savannah.

You want a 5th floor room facing the bus stop . A room facing the magic kingdom. In October we had a room on the fifth floor facing the bus stop facing the magic kingdom and we were able to see wishes from our balcony.
