AKV Savanna View or club?

Looking to do a one night getaway . Im uncertain for the points whats better seeing animals this summer or eating snacks. Any Tips?

Well, for one night, I would go with concierge over savannah view (though you could get a savannah view concierge room - but the view of the Sunset Savannah right now is not great).

If I were staying at AKV for a week, I'd want the savannah view. With only one night, I don't think you'll get as much out of it, and you can always go to one of the public viewing locations around the resort to see animals.

The concierge food services are very good. We had a bit of spotty service otherwise when we stayed in a concierge studio savannah view in early May, but we hope they're still just working out the kinks.

There is a question as to whether you can even get concierge -- there are five 2BR lock-offs (thus 10 possible rooms) that are concierge and booking late (which you would be for anything this summer) may be difficult, although for one night you might be able to find something. Three of the 2BR concierge rooms overlook the sunset savanna, where construction of Kidani is going on, and two the pool, and thus you should not do it with the idea of getting a good view. Frankly, I would not spend the extra points for only one night and instead just do savanna view (and ask for Arusha savanna view).
