AKV reviews

Has anyone just stayed at AKV. We have a 2 bedroom villa booked for september so any hints and photos would be most welcome. We are taking my parents along with my wife and son for what will hopefully be an unforgettable stay. Just worried with all the rumours about construction atc I have seen.
