I’m staying at AKV for a two night resort trip. It’s our first time and we wanted to hit every restaurant. Would would be the best combination for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

Neither Jiko nor Boma are open for lunch (unless you get a very late Boma breakfast ADR), so Sanaa is your lunch choice.

Jiko isn’t open for breakfast either, so that means Boma breakfast and Jiko dinner.

BTW Sanaa serves all three meals. So does the Mara QS at Jambo House.

Is Boma better for dinner or breakfast? Sanaa which out of the three would be better?

You should probably look at the menus and decide for yourself, especially when deciding between Boma breakfast and Boma dinner.

The only caveat to me would be that at Sanaa you might score a table with a view out the windows to the savanna, and I’d want to be eating in daylight so I could watch the animals. If you’re there in summertime, you’d have daylight much later into dinner time than if you’re there in winter (making lunch better for animal watching).

Boma gets some rave reviews for breakfast. I routinely see it listed as the best breakfast on property. I've never personally eaten there for breakfast, and it's been a long time since I had dinner there. Jiko is one of the best dinners on property, in my opinion.

I've eaten both at Boma, and all 3 at Sanaa. I much prefer breakfast at Boma over dinner. It's quieter, less hub-bub, and the sun streaming in is so nice. For Sanaa, I prefer lunch. Breakfast is more like a more like a grab and go, and dinner, depending on when you go, gets dark and animals may not be very visible.

We love Boma for both breakfast and dinner, and I can't say I prefer one over the other. However in your case with limited time, I'd pick Boma for breakfast as it's probably in our top two places for breakfast in all of WDW (the other being Homecomin' brunch). Boma dinner is also wonderful, but there are quite a few equally good places to eat dinner - including Jiko, which is what I'd suggest.

So I'd agree with the others:

Breakfast - Boma
Lunch - Sanaa (definitely want to eat there in the daylight)
Dinner - Jiko
