AKV Question

We're booked for a week at AKV - Kidani in a 1 bedroom savanna view. This will be our first stay at AKV. What location/floor should we request?

Since you are booked in a savannah view room, you will get a savannah view.

I would request to be close to the lobby because let me tell you, those hallways are LONG!!! I swear it must be at least 0.5 miles to the last
room on each side. Having said that, we absolutely loved staying there! Have a great trip!

498 steps, to be exact (from elevator to our 2BR villa, almost at the end). Yes, the walk was so long and tedious that we actually counted our steps.

Also, ask for a lower floor for a better view of animals that is not obstructed by leaf cover of the trees. Lower floors allow you to see more distance, which is rather counterintuitive.

Thanks! We definitely don't want to spend our resort time hiking from the elevator to our room.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom at AKV in September and we were given a room on the 3rd floor savannah view....I want to say it was sunset savannah, and oh what a view We had tons of zebras and giraffes every morning and afternoon...it was worth the long, long, long, long, walk to the room Hope you have a great time
