AKV - Kidani Village Question - Internet

For anyone who has stayed in Kidani Village - more specfically a 2-bedroom suite. How is the internet access setup there? Is it still a lan connection? Is there only one access point like some of the other DVC's (i.e. in the living space area)? Do they have wireless "yet"?

In room internet at all WDW DVC Resorts is wired.

The room is wired internet with the acesss at the desk in the master bedroom.

i was there last week and my guest had an apple laptop, he didnt need the wire. i did with my pc laptop though? go figure

For 2BRs at Kidani there is an ethernet hookup in both bedrooms but not living room. If you bring your wireless router, you can have wireless by just connecting it to a ethernet hook-up.

Good to know - there are two families so I wasn't sure if someone was going to need to bring a router if both families wanted to use the internet.

The 2 br we were in last summer only had a connection in the master bedroom. It was a dedicated. In a lockoff there is an additional one in the studio portion.

Hmmm...well that may be another problem for our friends who are going with us. My family has the master bedroom so if they want to have their pc continually hooked up sounds like they should bring a router.
