AKV Kidani Request for Reclassified Savanna??

We'll be arriving at AKV - Kidani in a 8 days. I was wondering if it's possible to request the reclassified savanna rooms? I know a request is just a request, not promised but I was wondering if anyone else has asked for this. My mom has mobility issues and would need to be near the elevator and it's my understanding that these reclassified rooms would be all the way near the end of the loop and likely the farthest away. Is that correct?

I'm surprised nobody responded to this thread. I'm wondering the same thing. Does ANYONE have an answer?

I suspect many CMs at Kidani would not understand the request even of you made it. I would just call out the series of room numbers with and X for the Second number I think 7x60-7x80 might get you where you want

My reclassified Kidani studio was at the fence line of the pool/Pembe savannah. An elevator was located fairly close down the hall.

But I think unless you get lucky MS may not want to put in such a request but you never know until you try. I'm afraid I don't have a good suggestion on how to word it though. I was assigned the room when I asked at check in if they happened to have any savannah views I could upgrade to (I was willing to use points). They didn't but the CM said she had something almost as good and put me in a reclassified. And she knew it was reclassified stating that people had not been happy with it as a savannah view classification.

Yeah, not sure how to word it. I guess I will just request close to pool, but that could be between pool and lobby. Anyone else have any suggestions for how to word the request?
