This is the first AKV declaration since December 11, 2008.

To expand on what dizfan said: DVD declared 4 Phases, and each Phase contains 5 Units. Each Unit, in turn, contains one 2-bedroom. If I was a true geek, I could tell you if these villas are dedicated or lock-off villas, but I can't. I guess there are limits to my geekness.
