AKV Jambo Studio Amenities?

I was wondering if there is a vacuum in the Jambo Value studio that I'd be able to use. I wasn't sure if any of the studios had them, let alone the Value studios. It would be really nice to be able to vacuum the floor every couple of days!

Yes. Our most recent stay at Jambo House was in a Value Studio this past May and there was definitely a vacuum.

I'm glad to hear it. Thanks for sharing your recent experience! It will be so nice to vacuum in between since we'll be there 9 nights.

YW! I am a bit OCD and tend to clean when we stay on our DVC points. Love having those vacuums available. We did a 3 way split stay this year starting at BWI CL, then moved to WL CL, ending on at AKL Value studio using our DVC points (DH is a CM, do love those discounts)...and truthfully as much as we love staying Club Level, I was happy to get to AKL and not having housekeeping daily. I'd so much rather do the cleaning myself.

I hear you on that! When we travel I actually prefer not to have someone come in to clean more than every few days (usually just so we can get fresh towels). I trust my antibacterial wipes more than I trust a single rag used for both the sink and toilet. LOL Sooo happy there are vacuums!

Sounds like we'd get along great...I carry antibacterial wipes everywhere.

Many times I call housekeeping and ask them NOT to clean our villa. I know I do a better job cleaning it and we have no problem running trash down to one of the trash rooms to dump our own trash. We have our own towels that we keep in our storage unit in Orlando that we just wash when we run out of towels when we are in a studio unit. Hate to say it, but the least amount of people going in/out of our villa or hotel room (like housekeeping and maintenance), the better.
