Akv jambo here now and happy easter!

Hi all....after a harrowing 2 day drive due to a family delay we made it to AKV Jambo! The sun isn't up yet so I have not even seen this place in daylight but so far Awesome!! I really had no interest in even staying here but so far I am pleasantly surprised. We are in a studio very far from the lobby but we don't mind. We are also spending a lot of time at The Other Place so we will see how it all goes. I will keep you posted on our adventure.

Me again....guess I'm going to try to keep up with a brief trip report. First, for Easter morning Mickey and Goofy were here in their Easter outfits and they had a candy dash. It was so unexpected and fun! Kids had great character interaction and got more candy than they can eat. The staff here is amazing so far! Today was mellow for us and hung by the pool. Tonight we went to Capones cheesy dinner show in Kissimmee. I am an admitted Disney snob and probably even more so now. It was bearable but that's it. Could not wait to get back here!! Tomorrow we are hitting IOA. Hoping the weather cooperates!
