As mentioned, they are not Concierge level so no lounge, nightly turn down etc. But Disney does allow them to qualify for the extra "pay to play" FP's that are otherwise for concierge level.

Concierge villas at Jambo House are all on the sixth floor (five two bedroom lockoffs). GV at JH are on the fifth floor.
