I would think they wouldn't need that much space for laundry and support areas to cover that whole parking lot side.

I agree. And I would think that if a laundry room is going in, it would be inside the AKV outline but all of the space in that area is already accounted for.

I could see AKL wanting to hold on to as many of their standard view rooms as possible since I think those sell out due to the lower room rate.

Thanks lisaS for the plans and explanations. We have a std studio booked for Dec and a value studio booked for may. It will be interesting to see what our views are. I don`t want a parking lot view - but with a high floor it isn`t such an issue. Anyways - can`t wait!

I don't really want a parking lot view either, but how bad a view could that be? I had a parking lot view at the Swn once, and it was really a view of MGM and the Tower of Terror.

But seriously... 240 points at AKV; unit 53; August 2007 use year

EDIT: By the way, 53 officially gets released into inventory in December.

Looking at my paperwork, the same is true for 52 - also have an August UY.

I'm a rookie at all of this but I recall during our stay at OKW there was such a room and on the tour at SSR the guide walked us through a similar area located there. I'm hoping they open up the Pres. or VP suites for a common room. How sweet would that be?

The Pres. and VP suites are included in the boundry of AKV- Jambo House but no one knows what is going to happen to them, if anything. They are located on the 5th floor, one on each side of the lobby. If you look on the outline LisaS posted, those round areas are the livingrooms of the suites.

I'm confused. When I checked my paperwork, it states...

"An undivided 0.4911% interest in Unit 4 of Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas..."

Am I reading something wrong or looking in the wrong place? It is definitely 4. Everybody else's units are double digit numbers.

Well all I could remember was unit 4 as our unit but I saw everyone else's was a higher number, so I went back and looked and yes it's unit 4. 300 points. and an April Use Year. Hurry up and buy people I need some neighbors! lol
