AKV Concierge???

what does a 2 bedroom "lock off" villa's mean?

A lock-off has a door between the studio and the 1BR portions of the villa that can be locked (on both sides) and the 2-bedroom can be made into two units. This means that the 2nd bedroom has a full mini kitchen.

Part of the reason for the AKV Concierge villas was that Disney wanted DVC to take the sixth floor as well as the fifth floor. The sixth floor is the concierge lounge floor, so those villas would have to have concierge. There would be no way to block their access to the lounge. And the views in those rooms are not the greatest. So you don't get them for the view, just the access to the lounge and other things the CL can provide (like being able to sign up for the Sunrise Safari).

does anyone know how easy it is to AKV concierge at 7 mos, We don't own at AKV.

Depends on when you want to go, but it is highly unlikely unless you happen to get lucky when someone else has just cancelled.
