Are the AKV concierge rooms (specifically studios) only in Jambo House (where I've heard there are only 5 studios), or will there also be concierge level rooms in Kidani Village?

Yes, Jambo only. 5 2BR lockoffs. Potentially if 5 people booked a 2BR they would be full or they can be booked as 5 studios and 5 1BRs.
