What will the AKV concierge offer over a regular reservation in a st, 1br, or 2br?

I suspect it's the same concierge that AKL already has. I.e. a lounge, food, and access to the sunrise safari.

You can go to allearsnet.com and read up on the AKL Concierge...there is a full write up there complete with pics of the food and alcohol offerings in the concierge lounge (and yes, the alcohol in the evening is *free*).
