AKV CL turndown question

If you stay in a CL studio, when they do turndown service will they also set up the sofa bed for the kids? Then the next day when mousekeeping comes will they put it away?

We have used the sofa bed and opened it the first time ourselves. Yet I know, especially if you ask, they will.

If it is already open and unmade, they will make it and leave it open/made automatically from what I remember.

Last year I had a 4 night CL stay & only 1 night was the sofa bed opened without our having to call to get it done. Even the afternoon that I called to remind them, it wasn't done. It was a late night for us, we went to Daytona and didn't want to come home to an unopened bed...but still, it was not done. DSis opened it herself, it was 11:00 pm!

I did complain, but was given an excuse about different shifts of people getting the message. It didn't ruin our vacation, but it wasn't what we expected.
