We have been to Kidani twice. The first time with a 17 month old and the second with a 2.5 year old. The buses are on schedule for the most part, and they pick up at Kidani first so you always have to wait the extra 5 minutes to get the Jambo folks. THEN you get on your way to the park. I will say Disney Springs felt like the longest (and most full buses). I can't remember the timing, but I know it was at least 25 minutes. We clocked Magic Kingdom at 20 minutes, in the morning, with very little traffic.
We had been previously, so we knew what it was like. It was actually easier when kiddo was 2.5 because he had a little more patience (and a cell phone with downloaded episodes of shows...)
That said, it was definitely a factor for us in choosing a different DVC home. If you're not traveling with young kids, or will have a rental car, it probably won't matter at all.
