AKV at 7 months

What are my chances of getting a grand villa at AKV at the 7 month mark? In MAY of 09

The first phase of Kidani will be coming online in May '09, so it might not be too difficult, although I'm not sure how many of Kidani's 16 GVs will be open then. I'd certainly call; if you don't ask the answer is automatically "no."
