Just curious if there is a sight where I can view the prices for a two bedroom villa at AKV and SSR for early December rates? There are 9 of us going so we need a 2 bedroom Villa. We have always stayed through DVC rentals but for the next trip I'm thinking about staying direct if they offer free dining when we go in early December. The Disney site won't show me the rates because apparently its all booked for those weeks. We aren't going this year but I would like to get an idea of how much it will cost for a week that time of year.

And you are already too late to rent points for Dec 2017.

We aren't going this year, just got back from WDW in May. I'm just trying to plan ahead for our next trip. My sister and her daughter are coming so we are both paying for the resort. I'm thinking about staying direct IF they offer free dining. I've always wanted to try the dining plan but it never made sense financially. With my sister pitching in for the resort and if the free dining is offered we would be spending what we usually do when renting points and paying out of pocket for food. I'm sick of making sandwiches and limiting our table service at Disney LOL
