AKV 2bdr decision help needed

we are thinking of moving to AKV for our january stay. We usually stay in a 2bdr lockoff but the only room available at Kidani is a dedicated 2bdr. Is there a difference in size or is the only difference the 2 queens and no kitchenette? If they are the same size I think we will take it but if they are much smaller I think we will wait to see if the waitlist comes through.

Does anyone have the room sizes or an idea of the size difference

I think size is the same. Kitchenette and bed vs sofa bed are the differences as you stated

If you don't really need the lock-off, the dedicated seems much bigger without the other kitchenette. Also the balcony will be enormous running the whole length of the villa rather than being split.

Totally agree...the 2 bedroom dedicated will feel bigger even though it is the same size as the lock-off. The long balcony is nice. When it's just us and the kids, we get a dedicated 2 bedroom. If it is us and friends or other family, we get a lock-off so we each have our own space/privacy when needed.

Thank you all. I moved us last night from BCV to AKL. For our family size it makes more sense. The dedicated balcony will be a great enhancement to our Savannah view
