Do these rooms get the sleeper chair in the living room?

Yes. The Standard View, Savanna View and Concierge 1BRs at AKV have the sleeper chair. The Value 1BRs do not. That is why the occupancy is lower for the Value 1BRs and 2BRs which sleep 4 and 8 respectively instead of 5 and 9 for the other booking levels at AKV.
