I have never stayed in a deluxe and was wondering how noisy it can be. I understand that there is construction going on and thats not the noise that I'm asking about. I'm asking about the noise at night, people running and talking, toilets flushing, showers running. I have stayed at CSR,POP,ASMu and this was my biggest complaint.

Stated at AKL twice and noise from other guests was never a big issue.

Apart from the inevitable over-excited kid running down the corridor occasionally (c'mon - it is Disney ) we never heard any other guests from our room last week. We could hear when the shower was running in the next door room, but only if we were quiet - not loud enough to be disturbing. Construction was also a total non-issue.

As others have said the construction is a non-issue. The AKL was the quietest resort we've stayed at on-property. It might be because of the long stretching hallways that spread people out. It was actually a little too quiet for our family at night. We ended up having to call maintenance and asking for a fan to run so we could have a little noise.
