AKL to other resorts

What is the easiest way to travel from AKL to other resorts for dinner? We will not have a car. Should we go to DTD and take a bus? Or go to one of the parks and take a bus? Or should we just take the first bus available? TIA

I would definitely not go to DTD...just takes too long. It depends on which resort you want to visit. Ex: To go to the Contemporary, I would take a MK bus and then walk over. To go to BW, BC, YC, I would take take a DHS bus and boat or walk over. For random resorts not near a theme park, I would probably take a bus to AK and then bus to the resort.

If you can spring it, a taxi back to AKL after dinner at another resort is well worth it.

Oh, okay. Didn't know that. Using Disney transportation, you'll have to transfer at an open theme park. As a pp mentioned, try to avoid having to transfer at DTD. That route can take up to an hour and a half to make the trip back to your resort.
