We have 8:30 reservations for KTTK tour at MK. What is the best way to get there from AKL? Bus or drive? How early will the buses be running if the park opens at 9:00?

If MK is having EMH then the bus should start running around 7:00 am. If not, the busses start around 8:00. The trip from AKL to MK is about 15-20 minutes so you have to allow for the bus ride plus wait time for the bus then security and walking into MK so you may be cutting it a bit close. The KTTK tour is great - enjoy!

Actually, they have busses running early for character breakfasts. Reports are they usually start in the 6:20-6:30ish, but they run a little less frequent. But you shouldn't have any problems getting a bus over to the MK in time. Plenty of people do it for 8:00 am breakfasts when the park doesn't open until 9.
