AKL Savannah Construction

Has anybody heard anything more about the construction going on in the savannahs at AKL? I read on the boards here a few weeks ago that there was construction in each savannah to take place (one at a time) to pave a road. It was reported that each savannah would take about a week to complete. I think they were on the first savannah when I started reading about this.

I believe they were just locating people in the other savannahs while this being done. Has anybody heard any more about it? We will be arriving 2 weeks from today (YEA!!!) and just was wondering if it was complete.

I could be wrong but I think it's done. I talked to AKL directly about 2 - 3 weeks ago and they said it should only be a few more days and it should definitely not be there when I arrive (which as you can see is only a few short days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I stayed at AKL Sept. 21 - Sept. 26th. The construction was completed before I arrived.
