AKL room request question

We have a pool view at AKL and I have been reading reviews to try and figure out what area to request. I read in someone's review that the bus stops are only on one side of the resort. Can anyone confirm if this is true? If so, what would be a good area to request a room to be close to the bus stop?

Just make your request stating you want to be close to the bus stops. I've stayed there but can't remember the trail names...Zebra maybe?

Hi!
We stayed at AKL last March, and I am looking at a map right now. The bus stop is out the front door, and down on the right (as you look at the lodge.) The trail closest to this area is Giraffe Trail, but we have not stayed in a pool view room, so I do not know what is best to ask for. We plan to stay pool view in April this year.

The lobby of AKL is on the 3rd floor, and this is the floor you must be on to go out to the buses.

We absolutely love this resort, I know you will have a great time!
