AKL Room Catagories ??

I have been trying find some information the describes in detail the 4 various room catagories that will be available at AKL.

Has anyone been able to understand what are the unique differences between the catagories?

You really must think three issues at one time, unit size, unit type and unit view. Unit size is of course studio to 3 BR but you also must realize that there are some rooms that are larger than others. The large 1 & 2 BR units will have an extra pull out chair, the value rooms are the smaller ones and will not have the extra sleeping capacity. This means value sleeps 4/8 & all other 1 & 2 BR's sleep 5-9. For most rooms the unit view will be the main factor along with unit size, either savannah or standard (parking lot or pool). But for the value and concierge rooms, the unit size/type will be the determining factor. So if you book a savannah or standard view, you know what view, building and unit size you have. If you book value or concierge you know what unit type and building but won't know your view until you check in. For value, over half will be savannah views and it's 60-40 it appears for the 5/10 concierge rooms.
