AKL package question?

I have a friend checking into the Lodge October 23rd. This is his children's first Disney vist. I am making up a special package for the girls. I would like to send it to the Lodge so he can be surprised as well. If you do not have the reservation number do you think it will get there just with his name and arrival date? Also does anyone know how one would address a package to the Lodge for a guest? Thanks in advance for all your help.

I recently (last month) sent a package to my sister at WL. I had it delivered to WL on the day she was to check in. I did not have her res # or her room#. I just addressed it to her in care of WL at their address.

When she was checking in the CM said she had something waiting for her in the back. Since she'd used the FT package she assumed it was her framed photo and pin...so when the CM walked out with a BIG box from Fairytale Brownies she was very suprised. It worked out great!

How nice of you to send a package to your friend. I'm sure it will make his special trip even better!!

Yes. I received a FedEx (a job offer letter, actually) last year at the Poly. Kind of surreal, when I think about it.

Anyway, it was addressed to me (w/ my check in date in parenthesis) c/o the Poly at their street address. Guest Services left me a voicemail message as soon as it arrived, and I picked it up that evening when we got back from the parks. I was very impressed.
