AKL or WL??

WHich resort do you like better and which has most convenient transportation services? Also which has better quick service food variety?

We didn't care for the AKL. I don't know if it was just the size of the resort or if it was the theme of AKL. We are trying the WL on June 18th-23rd, I let you know what we think when we get back from our stay.

You'll hear about a 50/50 split on this one.

I've only visited AKL, and while it looks nice, I don't like being that far away from the other parks. Odd thing is, I've stayed at All Stars which are just as far away many times, but it still feels like Disney to me.

AKL I would guess has better bus options, as they don't share with other resorts. WL shares with GF. However, WL has a boat to the Magic Kingdom, so that's a huge plus.

From what I understand, AKL has the better quick service option, though WL is just fine.

Location, WL wins hands down.

For location, the Wilderness Lodge wins hands down. For quick service, the Animal Kingdom Lodge wins. Transportation seems to be less of an issue at the WL and it's just not as far away from everything as AKL. I love both lodges, though.
