AKL or Mod POFQ or CS

I really want to stay at AKL this trip (preferably with Savannah view) but not sure I can convince DH to spend the extra.

Staying at AKL instead of a mod is about $500 more for pool view and $800 more for Savannah view.

If we stay in a mod, I really liked Caribbean Beach, but with the pool remodel, I think we would wait. I really like the pool theme at POFQ, but I have seen some bad reviews on here lately (I could not stay in a room that had holes in the sheets and covers). Coronado Springs might be another option, but I don't know much about it. Are the bad reviews at POFQ, just a few bad ones among a sea of good experiences.

So, do I try to get hubby to pay the extra and stay at AKL or do we budget and stay at a mod? If we stay at a Mod, which one.

We just switched our reservation from POFQ to AKL. I had been hinting about changing for several weeks and my husband was not sold on paying the extra money. Last weekend, our son had a swim meet and we stayed in a hotel where we had double beds. After an awful nights sleep (we don't do well in double beds!) I pointed out to my husband that we would be sleeping in a double bed for 8 nights at POFQ -- he was all for switching to AKL where we would have queen size beds! The resort looks beautiful!

Great tactics. But keep in mind that the pool at POFQ is also being rehabbed as well are some of the rooms. Yes, there have been some bad reviews of POFQ. There have been bad reviews of every resort. What works for one may not work for another. Not everyone has had the same experience at the same resort.

My choice would be CSR! Didn't care for the PO resorts. CSR offers great amenities, a fantastic pool and awesome transportation!
