yeah, you can get them that are just A4 sheet size. About £20 over here ($30).

Yes, they do. Someone is probably working from about 12-5 out by the pool. They used to be there ALL DAY but this is something that has been cut back at the resorts.

...okay, now I'm REAL-L-L-L-L-L-LY jealous.....

Wanyama is nice. I think it would be most fun for a small, private event with a fun group - it would make the dinner really great. And people with no food issues Just eat, drink and be merry!

My dbf and I will be at AKL villas in 47 days!!!! Cannot wait!! It is to celebrate his college graduation with an animal science degree so this should be a treat for him! We went over to AKL on our Nov trip for dinner at Boma's and just fell in love! We will be there for 4 nights and this thread has just made me oh so much more excited!! We hope to enjoy the resort a lot, we both will be doing the disney College program in the fall so if we lay of the parks a little it won't matter haha! Thanks for all the pictures on here!!

We are doing Jiko's for dinner and Boma's for breakfast one day so I think it will be a blast!!

Now I have to stop myself snacking before Dinner. I've just eaten a bowl of sugar free Jelly (Jell-o) but it really doesn't fill you much.

When I got home today I had a letter from one of the officiants I'm considering for my WDW wedding. So I sat and cried at all the example vows he sent over. Good job jack didn't see!

I'll cry like a baby at the actual event. It'll be like those weddings that get send into TV shows with all the bad home movies....

I'm glad my Fantillusion comment was so funny/cute to you all. It's a wonderful parade! So you all know I'm not just trying to cover a mistake here are two of my fave photos of it: (Any excuse for Disney photos, right? )

We LOVED it!!! And we're not big gamblers either!! We drank a few drinks each day but were never really drunk. And definately didn't hire any hookers but it was amazing!!

We went to the amusement park there (MGM?? - I can't even remember), went to a flea market in the WRONG side of town - you know, the side that the taxi drove us to but nobody would pick us up at!!

I am as pale Canadian as you can get, and couldn't find sunscreen there, so I burned and had one woman saying "look at the white girl" so yea, I was a freak show attraction for a few days. (My shoulders were so burned they blistered and I put solar cane on them and they sizzled).

10 years have flown by!! We've known each other for almost 13 - which in a way seems ridiculous because that would be I was 35

ps - i'm going to a tanning bed for a bit before this trip!! LOL No lobster girl this time. And yes, in Canada we do get plenty of sun, but its not 100 degrees in April/May so I was pretty white.

Europeans just don't care about EMH! Plus we stayed in the Disneyland Hotel which is on Mainstreet so you get a headstart compared to the other EMH guests, and we were the only people waiting at the gates?!?

I loooove the Roots! We have our engagement shoot with them in October as a practice for our wedding shoot.

If/when we go to DLRP we MUST stay in that hotel! Ahhhh to be on site like that and to wake up to an empty Main Street-just beautiful pictures!!

It used to be offered one day every week and was $20. Now it seems to be a very special and infrequent offering My DD has never done it, in all our stays. Next time we have the chance, I'm gonna paint one! Have you ever seen the magnificent ones in Zawadi?

I'm sure you've all heard about the flooding in Fargo, ND & Moorhead, MN. I think they need our prayers and good thoughts. Unfortunately, they haven't seen the worst of it yet. Our daughter, Rachel, was born in Fargo - we feel a strong affection for that area.

Thank you for your prayers! We are in Central Minnesota, several hours from any areas that are flooding-but it's on every news channel. I believe it is supposed to crest today at 41 feet, the highest it's ever been. I know several people from my church are gone helping in the area with sandbagging, etc.

It is a high power telescope that you can use to see the animals up close. I saw people using when I went to Yellowstone in '07 and I thought that they were great to see the animals.

And to be a bit on-topic as well - on the other AKL thread there was a discussion that the Indaba (brownies, cookies and chocolate animals) that you could get from room service was discontinued!! I think it is such a shame that they do away with these lovely individual touches...

It was close to 20 ft down last year -- that was when we thought Atlanta could possibly run out of water -- so it has gotten better (of course we only bathe/shower once a week now!! )

Jack has been wearing the shoes for the last while (they look very fetching with his dressing gown (bath robe). He also keeps putting his feet against things (on the wall, in the bath while I'm in it etc.) to see how much grip they give him.

We live in the woods so he's going to go and see if there's a tree he can climb later.....oh dear.

For our December trip we are looking to move our trip to the last week in December, staying over NEW YEARS! (so stinkin' excited for those fireworks!)

However, we have DMIL, DFIL, DSIL, Joe, Henry and I all going and our new trip dates prices us out of Kidiani 2 bedroom (whoa points!). So, we are looking at, either a two bedroom in Jambo House, or 2 Studios in Kidiani.

I want Kidani because it's new!!

BUT, we do plan on making several meals to help the budget. (there is more to this trip than just Disney, but I'm keeping that part secret!)

So...a 1 bedroom is more sensible.

But...but...but...Kidani...it's pretty and new...and big new pool with splash area that I can see Henry loving...it's new...pretty...

Please convince me it will be fine and I should be happy with a 2 bed at Jambo House regardless because I get to go to Disney...period!!
