Hey Flossbolna-

i think this is awesome-you should be proud of yourself...

(I um have gotten out of shape and am going to start a program tommorrow w/ a friend who is a personal trainer...she scares me a little...-she is going to kick my tush...) I have 3 months till our trip and I plan on being a leaner meaner me....

There are lots of 5ks runs that I'd love to do for charities...You are going to be my inspiration....-it looks like you took over 3 minutes off your time-that seems pretty impressive to me...

Once you get started running really isn't too bad. I just started really slow and have become faster gradually. Also having lost a few pounds made me quite a bit faster!

I used this thread before my recent trip but couldn't find any info to add not already added. So I thought I might add a little video of my favourite places around our new 'home' . Given some of the Kidani vs. Jambo debates I love both equally. I have two children and I would never dream of choosing between them!

just wanted to say hi, I did my second ever 5k run yesterday and was able to improve last year's time of 34:58 to 31:31 and am so proud of myself that I needed to share! Tonight I am going to sign up for a 10k run in August!

Hope everyone had a great weekend, I am still thawing out from our overnight ACS RELAY for life overnight walk/camp out on Sat!!
Now i have abt 4 days to recuperate (SP)? from sore bones and feet for WDW! yay!
Thats what kept me going..esp in the mid 30degree temps and after lap 18...."next week i will be at Disney...and so on and so on...."



oh, and one more thing...........



This is my 5,000th POST!!!!!

Constant Your videos are incredible and both made me tear up (yes, during the giraffe scenes ) Thank you for sharing those! They are amazing. It was awesome to see Kidani in motion like that. Wow - the Imagineers have done a terrific job AKL is absolutely the most wonderful place to stay

My DSIL is doing this at the end of the month, and since we just recently got some bad news about DMIL I have to say thank you for doing this...it just took on a whole new light for us!

I just hit my 1,000 (DH can't believe it's only 1,000) and I wanted to post here, but forgot about the #'s and instead it was on our own Brookelizabeth's trippie...at least I kept it in the Jambo family.
