I was looking at rooms on the Disney website.
Kidani One bedroom villa is available. I thought you had to be a DVC member to stay here. If I book here, do we have to listen to a DVC presentation?

Disney owns a certain number of points/rooms that you can book directly through them. Also when people use points for non dvc rooms/cruises etc. Disney gets those points

No you won’t have to listen to a presentation :) however, it may make you sign up for one voluntarily ...

It will be like any other hotel room for you (daily mousekeeping).

Yes, anyone can stay at a DVC resort. You won’t have to go to a DVC presentation. There will be a desk at the resort if you’d like to sign up for a presentation, but there’s no pressure to do so.

No need to go to a presentation unless you want to. No pressure to do so either. We stayed at the DVC room in Jambo House and loved it.

We've stayed in DVC villas at Kidani Village, BC, OKW and SSR without being DVC owners, and I've never been asked to attend any presentations. I didn't even know they existed. I can definitely recommend the 1 bedroom villas, but wished we'd stayed in AKL instead of Kidani Village. It felt a little detached from the action.
