AKL Jambo House Room Request

I just booked 5 nights in Oct at AKL Jambo house in a one bedroom standard view. I didn't quite have enough points for savannah view without messing up a future trip Any suggestions on room requests that I could submit to help would be greatly appreciated. We have have stayed at AKL once before, but it was in a regular hotel room so this is our first DVC visit

Kudu trail will give you the best chance of a partial savannah view. I don't know if they pay attention but if you put in a custom request through fax or calling asking to be furthest from the lobby that would also give you a good chance to get a partial savannah.
